Start the day off right and get fit, meditate and be in a good mood for the next working day. Or get up early, do some breathing exercises, take a cold shower, drink lemon water, have a good breakfast, stretch, etc. A morning ritual is essential for a smooth start to the day and a good mood. So how can we make sure we have a daily routine 
that works for us? 

Standing on the right leg determines the rest of the day, and observing the biological clock determines the backbone of daily life, the list of daily tasks and pleasures.

Daily routine consists of a series of meaningless, mechanical habits resulting from "a series of repetitive actions" (Larousse / Routine). Work, for example, becomes routine. 

All these gestures create a daily routine. 

1) Daily routine & its activities: 
You can create a morning routine by defining morning activities that suit you. The morning routine is a real challenge for many people.

2) Interest in a daily morning routine: 
Getting up early or at least waking up and starting the morning routine is very difficult for some people. But no matter how difficult it is to get out of bed on 
mornings when you hear the alarm clock go off, you have no choice but to set your morning routine in motion and get right out of bed.

A morning routine consists of a few activities that you think will be positive for your daily life, and which you set in motion for 30 minutes or even an hour, as soon as you wake up.

This will depend on your personality, your goals and your ability to put your good will into action. The key to a morning routine is to be productive and to proceed step by step, i.e. not to be over-ambitious from the outset.

 

3)What's your morning routine?
Getting up earlier and getting your day off to a good start is possible, and here are a few tips on how to do it:  

Make your bed.
Drink a large glass of water to flush out toxins.
Physical activity, stretching or yoga.
Meditate to learn how to breathe.
Eat a good breakfast.
Create positive affirmations over and over again. These affirmations will enable autosuggestion.
Read, write, think, etc.


Getting up early gives you a head start, serenity and confidence in your actions. Getting the day off to a good start with a personal morning routine is essential to achieving long-term goals.
