The farmer walked on the road, and despite all his fatigue, he persevered and continued moving forward He spent the night under a tree in front of some wood that he had collected and set on fire The next morning, he resumed his journey, determined to reach his goal Finally, he saw the tree from afar and ran to it He announced his ax and began hitting successive blows to cause the tree to collapse But there was a nest that fell from the top of the tree, containing two eggs And if the farmer offers his soul as a ransom to protect this nest and the eggs inside it Although he suffered severe damage, he was able to protect the two eggs And while they are in his hands, one of them cracks and a small bird emerges from it, which becomes a giant falcon in the blink of an eye The farmer was horrified by what he saw.
What happened next made him panic even more The falcon spoke to him and thanked him for saving his life and gave her a valuable gift The falcon approached the second egg, pecked it, and saw a strange ring in the middle of it The falcon told the farmer that he was giving him a wonderful ring in gratitude for what he had done with him and for saving his life But he warned him that the strange ring has only one wish fulfillment for whoever wears it on his finger and just turns it and mentions his wish Therefore, he must be careful in his wish and not waste it in something that is not worthy.
The farmer took the strange ring and began walking happily among the people, speaking to all of them, declaring how happy and joyful he was, and wishing everyone a happiness like his. While he was passing by, he found a jewelry store in front of him, so he entered to its owner to ask him about the value of his wondrous ring The shop owner mentioned to him that it was an ordinary ring, like any ring made of gold like it The farmer got mad at him and told him the secret of the wondrous ring And how he got it The owner's eyes opened wide and he immediately called the farmer to host him, under the pretext that he was very tired and exhausted from his long journey. And he bought him the most luxurious foods.
And he made him eat and eat until the farmer felt very sleepy and did not catch himself until the next morning When he woke up, the first thing he did was look at his wondrous ring and find it on his finger, so his heart was at peace with that The poor farmer did not know that the shop owner had spent all night making a ring that was extremely similar to his own While he was in a deep sleep, he replaced the two rings And as soon as the poor farmer left with the fake ring in his hand, the owner closed his shop and closed it tightly and put on the strange ring and fulfilled the only wish that he wanted more and more gold pieces Indeed, gold coins began to flow on him until he sank below them, breathed his last, and died.
As for the farmer, he returned to his wife, bringing her good tidings He found her while she was completing the work that he left and did not complete, so he told her everything that happened with him His wife was very happy and asked him to make the wondrous ring fulfill a wish for them to have a farm larger than the one they own. Her husband replied that it was a very simple wish and they should not waste the only wish on her He told her that they had to work hard this year and that they would be able to buy the farm next to them and expand.
